Hey I didn't know this blog existed, I love it. Great idea, and you will awesome at doing it! Brandon and I have been making green monster smoothies too. We like to throw in a scoop of greek yogurt and a cup of soymilk for all the added protein.
Lynlou! Hey you whats up... You should check out the older post that is actually a video of us making our first green smoothie! It has Greek yogurt and bananas and almond milk! They are the best huh- I try to substitute at least one meal a day with a smoothie of some sort! Thanks for checking out the blog!
